Additional User Settings Plugin

I have installed the Additional User Settings plugin because I would like to be able to moderate individual users. I am using MyBB version 1.4.2 and after installing, it did not seem to do anything. I went to "Users&Groups->Edit User", and did not see any new settings. So my question is, first of all, does this plugin even work for version 1.4.2? And if so, where exactly should I see the changes?

No it hasn't been updated to 1.4 yet.
